GLUED SYSTEM
This new concept system allows the slabs to be anchored to the substructure by means of structural gluing, therefore particularly suitable in the case of slabs of small size or which, for aesthetic reasons, are installed irregularly or with strong staggering. The system involves the insertion of a safety hook, which is able to secure the slab to the structure both during the installation phase and during the operation of the structure. We proceed by cleaning the upright with specific products and then by applying the primer. At this point we proceed with the laying of the layer of glue and the screwing of the safety hook. Once the adhesive has been spread, we proceed with laying the tile, which can be either kerfed or not, depending on whether you want to see the safety hook or not.
This system uses the following components:
TruSt80 profile Extruded profile in raw 6060 T5 aluminum alloy.
St80 bracket St80 support bracket obtained from the extrusion of raw aluminum alloy 6060 T5.
AM4.2 hooks AM4.2 fixing hooks in AISI 430 stainless steel.
AM2.2 hooks AM2.2 fixing hooks in AISI 430 stainless steel.
